Beer Club Thread

Pub prices vary significantly within a town and across the country. There’s a UK national pub chain which is always able to offer real ale for £2 but that same beer just yards away is £4-£5.

Homebrew is easy to make and low cost as it’s not taxed but is for personal consumption only. The only downside is if it makes you drink more in total. The UK has decided to highly tax beer to deter consumption.

Have you ever tried such a homebrew?

I know there are such brewkids around in UK.
But what are the ingredients?

May be its not such dangerous than moon-shining.

Indeed. Some beers easier to make good than others. An ale is easier to make than a lager. I quite liked a Bock.

Easiest is to create a Weißbier. -> top fermented!
Prost!
Bock is strong but effective.
You know German, so you know Bock is “buck”.
Mostly bucks are strong in any way.

I heard through the grapevine that we need to keep this thread alive…

SO WHAT’S EVERYONE UP TO THIS WEEEKEND?? :tada:

First pour from the home-brew, not overly bad for a first attempt at a APA

Some preparation has to be done to reach a certain quantity

If you find some German beers I can tell you more about.
