Anker Marketing contact

Hey Everyone,

Im finding it very difficult to get into contact with marketing regarding the problem I’m having.

I am still yet to receive my prize from the Friday night fan chat.

I have also contacted them twice about this and they haven’t replied.

What is my next step?

I really appreciate the fact that they wanted to send me the prize but don’t want to cause a fuss.

That should help.

Also, since entire Anker team may be just coming out of a Vacation, you may not hear until Monday or Tuesday, so you may send them the details now and wait to hear. @Ankerofficial and Anker support are pretty prompt on responses.

I have never had any issues with claiming prizes or with my orders – all community related matters were always resolved by Ankerofficial , order / support related resolved by Anker support team.

Never had any issues here. I agree with @Shenoy on this and I think it’s better to PM @AnkerOfficial so he can let you know if they shipped it and was misplaced by post office or something

Did they ever giving you shipping information? I’m sure Anker will get back as soon as they can once back from vacation. I hope you get your prize soon

Also I’m not sure how much they know about what happens in the post office because I’m pretty sure the post office lost my prize on the soundcore community and they weren’t able to tell me more than I already knew. So for not I sit here patiently waiting

Oh wow I would’ve assumed they could ask post office or something since they have shipping info. This is if @samthompsonreviews didn’t receive any shipping details because if he did, he can see what the last status is and contact the correct person/place

I personally have never had any issues from the last 5+ I have won. They are usually very prompt with any issues that come about.

UK from profile. Also I think it was option between 2-pack USB A to C cables (@Shenoy or @ktkundy correct me if I’m wrong) or a USB A to Lightning cable

OK so that’s in stock, so it’s not a waiting for stock nor shipping from China.

Did you get an email shortly after the event asking you to make a prize selection?

I recall the turn around was pretty quick after i responded to the email.

I’m sure Anker will look after thing’s once their holidays are over.
