Creepy lol jk. No, I’m not. I have turned off all of those type of notifications. At least I thought I did…

Hmm odd in that case. You were even tagged anywhere so shouldn’t be getting notifications

Are you tracking the post @SlyBandit247?

Nope, I have my setting set to track nothing, and not to start tracking a post until 10 mins after I open it and still have it open. I never opened this post until I saw the notification. Thanks though

Hey @samthompsonreviews! I’m coming! Sorry for the late reply. :joy: Toooooo busy with works accumulated in last 8 days.
And I just checked your prize order in our shipping system. It did seem like to get lost on the way. I will arrange a new shipment soon for you.
Thanks for your understanding and patience :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

You guys don’t mess around on here when there’s an inconvenience!!

Thanks everyone for your help!

I went to bed early last night and didn’t expect to wake up to this.

@AnkerOfficial thanks for looking into this and sorting a new shipment out.I really appreciate everyone’s help.

Note:
If any of you have seen the Netflix documentary “Don’t F**k With Cats: Hunting an Internet Killer” You could pass as that team.

If you’re struggling to get a response from Anker’s marketing or customer support, you’re definitely not the only one. From what I’ve seen, some people have better luck reaching out through social media channels like Twitter or Facebook instead of email.
