I would have to say the quality of the products based on never having one that didn’t work for at least a year.

This is kind of a hard question to answer. One of my favorite things about Anker is the quality of their products. I’m always proud to carry my Anker products with me. My second favorite thing about Anker is their world class customer service. They truly care about their customers and are always making sure that we are happy with their product. And whenever I had to call or email customer service, the response time is outstanding. They are always willing to hear their customers out, good or bad. And of course, not only do they take feedbacks from their customers but they actually use it to improve their next line. :slight_smile:

My favorite thing about Anker, their boxes. I just buy the products and immediately throw the product away and play with the box!

Hands down their customer service. They are by far the easiest company I have dealt with if I’ve had a problem with one of their products.

My wife’s sisters cat barks like a dog. He was raised with dogs and anytime he tries to meow he ends up barking. I wish I had a video to show you what I mean but she lives 4 hours away from us
