My favorite thing about Anker is their customer service and their willingness to help with any issue you may have. If they can’t help fix something they will make it right provided they can with in reason.
My second favorite is that they listen to the community and ask for feedback. Now some things do get overlooked as in what we want but they do tend to try and follow what the market wants. They may be behind but they are ahead imo because of their customer service. Keep up the great work Anker

+1 on both of those points you made. Out of the dozens of tech firms I’ve dealt with both inside and outside of work, there customer service can’t be beaten

like most said it have to be the customer service for me. They actually reply and care about the product. Had wonderful experience and good to know they believe in their product and not just for the sales number.
