Ahh scotch best enjoyed in small amounts, if having more than one typeā¦ start with best firstā¦ as by the time you get to the last you wonāt appreciate it as much
I usually enjoy without ice or water or other mix. Same with my rumā¦ cane rum from the Dominican. Very smooth.
Schnapps and kirsch wasser is not unfamiliar eitherā¦

I donāt know what kind of liqueur you call āSchnappsā in CA.
In Germany all alcohol stuff stronger than 30% can be called Schnaps.
But normally Schnaps for me is a simple liqueur made from grain. (Kornschnaps)
Same as Vodka, but this stuff is sometimes distilled from potatoes.
Is there anybody here who runs a private distillery?..hehehe!
I remember I read something about. Moonshine or so.
But shhht we keep that family secret!

After missing my appointment for my 2nd covid shot, I finally got it today

I am sure all went fine.
I have to wait till July (12 weeks between 1. and 2. shot), because I got Astra,
but I donāt mind, not planing any holidays this summer.
We will go for vacancies in November.
Same we did last year.

Yeah so far so good. Must of my family is fully vaccinated so Iām looking forward to taking a summer vacation.

Have to restore the flower boxes of the balcony.
Some of the boards are totally rotted.
But what a wonder, I found some fitting ones ca 2,10m lenght in the garage.
It seems I really got a DIY-Store at home here!
We stopped now : 32C.
So we start again with painting in the evening

I hear from my friend further north the temperature is high currently, he reported temperatures in the mid 30.
Itās always good to have a few ājobsā to keep you busy. Keep you out of the way and out of trouble 
So today we had an early gathering for Charlieās 8th birthday.
It was a bit overcast with light winds, but still warm. Well, warm enough.
The tide was coming in and the sea choppy, didnāt bother the kids though!

In England thereās āpop-upā no booking free vaccine places where thereās no excuse to not get. Everyone over 18 can get.
Iām in full house buying mode, saw and put in offer today.
Iām seeing as many as possible and if acceptable then putting in offer at a low price. Eventually Iāll get lucky. Hard work this method but you make your own āluckā.
You make your money when you buy. Last time I doubled my money in 5 years, but took 20 offers and the house I got I couldnāt remember as they all blurred together in the end.

I am sure you will find something.
But I remember it took us 2 years to find one here in MĆ¼nchen, and this was 20 years ago.
In our days its quite impossible even if you are āuncle scroogeā.
But should be easier at UKās countryside.
