Samsung fold

I love the concept of a folding phone, but I think it’ll take a while longer before it’s perfected into something that the masses will be lining up to buy. I’m excited for the possibilities, even if I won’t be able to afford them.

Personally, if I’m shelling out $2k, it’s going to be on the components to finally build myself a computer worth playing games on. :video_game: But I know a ton of people function almost entirely on their phones in terms of personal computers, so some are bound to buy into the concept even if it’s not quite there yet.

im more interested in the flex screen tech for other things, like a shirt that has live twitter and snapchat feeds for the kiddos who have to see what everyone is saying about them. Or the NFL players with changing ads on their jerseys as they score touchdowns. Or the chameleon “Predator” like camouflage for troops in battle that mirrors the environment around them

BBC News - Why is tech show full of men?

.I thought it was interesting at the end of this article to think of how these big phones basically assume a gender or at least a person’s size or clothing.

I long thought a phone vs a tablet is the difference between fits in one hand and a trousers pocket vs fits in a bag and you use it when not moving.

Motorola are have confirmed that they are bringing back the flip phone.

I don’t know what looks more weirder the foldable phones or the cases! :joy:

True and that must be at least $200

Answering a phone call in 2020

Don’t forget to divide by Pi and turnaround 3 times and spit.

Well seeing as Android phones have folding $2000 folding phones in 2019, that extrapolates to Apple having a folding iphone in 2022 for $4000. But they need to try to invent some expensive cable to match it so their work is cut out.
