A smart plug would be a smart idea for me!
As a disabled person, bending down to reach a switch every time I need to turn something off, is a pain… Quite litterally.
To be able to control a plug/socket without bending would be fantastic.
Are you intending to make this a global plug?

I’m just going by the list provided by Anker 
If they are using a randomizer, then it’s possible to win more than once. If they exclude past winners within X months, then yes, chances to win for those who have not yet won increases.
Excluding past winners for a certain period of time discourages frequent activity though, and I’d imagine that there are quite a few instances in which someone would be very frustrated by the fact that they cannot participate in a week with prizes that are particularly to their liking. The system is designed to encourage frequent account activity, and I think that the limit of 10 entries per prize per week is a good cap to keep anyone from flooding the raffle for any one item.
