[New Release] Motion+ | Soundcore’s First Speaker with USB-C!

Well well well, it’s actually available in UK. Bugger me @AnkerTechnical , this surprised me, along with it being the same.price… 99.99

Mind, on a straight conversion 100$ is only £70
So technically , 30 dearer in UK.

Mind, I’d still like to be able to write a review on it😉

My reasoning was based on the recent USB-C to Lightening cable deal… US for 20% but UK got 25% - there may be many more such deals. The price difference may be more due to the trade Agreement, logistics and shipping for UK versus US… Will not get too political here :innocent: :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Maybe @AnkerOfficial will send me one to test? (Hint hint hint)

Did you get chosen for Beta test

Nope

The crocodiles will test you! :joy:

This thing is only rated for 5V, 2A (10 watt total input). I don’t get the point of using usb-c other than just using it.
Does usb port on this speaker do something else as well?

Wouldn’t surprise me if this appears in a We Love Testing event soon.

Hope they include it in Auction house event in next 3-4 months, I will definitely be one to bid on it

I’m more interested in Rave for its huge wattage

Surely tha rave will be a big win for whoever’s gets it. If its auction I can see it easily going over 5000 to 10000 powerbucks

Doesn’t mean anything though…
10000
Does anyone have that many?!

I guess Rave has 160 watt output???

Yes, but again, it doesn’t say anything about the true audio quality… just marketing fluff in reality.

I dunno I could have sworn I saw someone within 8k powerbucks once. But not sure what the top amount is

Indeed, wattage only doesn’t mean a good sound.
Need to be tested.
There may be many who would like to.
(me too )

you are right, @ndalby has 8232 PBs

Well with over 10 models of speakers that Anker has it will be insane to think Rave will have crappy audio but I can help with that by testing it properly
