In a recent Facebook video, Anker announced that they are not planning to revive their Power User program. However, you can sign up for Anker Influencers. This seems to be focused on popular YouTube channels.

Yeah i heard this months ago too.
so why is it still on the website?
At a guess because they haven’t removed it yet? 
but it no doubt will be removed as things are being updated on the site / community in light of upcoming Anker bucks changes etc

no. right now all the samples are claimed
If you are not a power user already (see blue icon in my profile), the samples will show as claimed. You will need to apply using the link at the bottom of the power user page. Basic details such as name, whee you review, sample reviews for Anker to see etc
