Me!
But not in the shower.

I am sure you find a family member who like it.
Same I do.
I donated many things to my “workers” helping the house here in a
“stable condition”
Those tiny, humble donations keep all friendship working, we all know.

I like those" trees", that’s the heart of compiling and analyzing
(tree grammars etc)
But these could be used in all our situations of life.
I remember I thought my daughter to get in touch with.
Helped a lot to learn abstract thinking.
Normally girls are supposed they cant, BUT NOT TRUE.

Seems you are hard working!
Shouldn’t we open a place of business here in München!
I am able to help in such researches, but may be there will be no success for the UK market.

my local pub has nice sunsets

Local spot! That was a sad day for many SR residents who had it in their cart lol

It was my first time getting to try Pliny the Younger! Was generally working during the time of release / out of town so I was glad to have the opportunity when they offered it. I shared some with my brother in law too!

Nice photo!

I got to try a local brewery with my coworker yesterday! Did a tasting and then a pint, they have another 10+ beers to try so I’ll have to make a return trip. They have outdoor seating that was all already taken, but there’s a view of the sunset from outdoors to that I’ll have to check out next time!

“Beta tester”
Hope you found your way back home after drinking all these beers.
Some have funny colors.
One looks like orange juice.

I would have liked to be there.
Old boozer from Germany is a “special tester”.
Not only “beta” -> A real “alpha”

Thankfully it’s a 15 minute walk to home if I become too intoxicated to drive. The one on the end was supposed to be a hazy IPA but they accidentally poured me a wheat beer with dragonfruit, guava, and passionfruit tones. Turned out to be quite refreshing.

Seems they do funny mixtures.
This would not be allowed to be called beer here in Germany.
“puritity order”.

But here could be done a lot by using special aromatic hops.
Often these beers are “double hoped”.

There are some IPA and craft beers around.
Expensive comparing to the “normal” ones.

When working at the university the TUM runs a “chair for brewery science”
And they installed a little teaching and pilot brewery.
I used my “connections”,
so we got often some special stuff from them for testing.
The master knew me well :
" Aha, “The Computer Science” is showing up"
“Got dry throats at your chair?”

Their beers were always a little strange for normal tastes, but fantastic.
Not to compare with those from the huge breweries.
Of course they did a lot testing new recipes.
And “we” were the their best “alpha testers”

These look amazing @Achimel
Love the fact they are lined up and you can compare the colour and taste one after the other.

The beers aren’t particularly expensive on a relative comparison (beers aren’t very cheap here in general), but still adds up and is much more expensive than buying bottled / canned beer to take home. Their drinks come out to about $3-4 for each of those 5 oz pours, and a pint is about $7-8. I love the experience though and it’s great fun trying out the different brews.

I could compare it with beer prices here in München.
I dont visit bars (too old)
But I meet friends in summer in so called “Biergarten”

https://www.hofbraeukeller.de/

In the Hofbräulkeller 1 Liter is about 9 Euros, That’s OK.
At bars the 1/2 liter could be up to 6-7 Euros or more., if there is such 1/2 liter offered. :grinning:
Normally they offer those “dwarf bottles” 0.33 liter.
But I really don’t know.

Prost from München!

Franz

Here is the “beer list”

Fairly similar prices! There’s a good number of breweries here that will offer smaller portions of beer so you can try more of their drinks. Few have a beer size of 1 L here, but I get it on occasion!

Shipyard (or two) and burger tonight!

Will prepare some “Weißwurst & Brezen” tomorrow.
Normally these have to be eaten before 12:00 but in the
“crisis” we can do that later. :grinning:
And of course a Weißbier"

Enjoy the beer(s) and the burgers Paul!

Exactly Paul:grin:
But 4 are a lot for one person.
Normally 2 are enough.
Very important is the sweet mustard.
This one is the best :

So you drive for less than 5 mins instead?

Five and drive @professor ? :oncoming_automobile::woozy_face::oncoming_automobile:

Depends on the quantity of the “testing program”
But, the more - > Faster or slower?
That’s an important “beer club question” we will solve!
