I do, why should I not tell the truth?

But instead of being disappointed and shouting for “better” gifts
I will donate it to someone who needs and will use it.

We dont use the car as often, but we will not donate it! :joy:

I donated the car charger I got from my mystery box to an old friend.
He brought me a pile of wood for firing today.
The old Neanderthalers need to keep their butts warm.
Forecast : Snow this weekend!
Those are the deals Neanderthalers like : Swapping goods which both got free and this way help each other perfectly.
Hope this is correct! :joy:

Sounds like a good trade as you didn’t need the PowerDrive :+1:

(It had to rest over the night, really better, true!!!)
I will prepare the “sugo” tomorrow after flea market (If I will go???)
All is fine!
All the best !
Take care of your butts in the night, not to get frozen!!! …hehehe!

@AnkerOfficial

So I got back from my trip and got a chance to play with Powercore essential 20000 PD and I had following issues again.

Not getting enough charge (Watts) using 18 Watt Aukey charger (with usb c to usb c cable that came with powerbank)
using usb power meter I see that it is getting 11.8 V and 0.03 A (0.354 Watt) - very low power

Next, I try charging with a Powercore Fusion 5000 and a usb A to usb c cable. This time Powerbank charged with 5.08 V and 0.81 A (4.11 Watt) - reasonable but too low since usb A of fusion should be able to go to 2.4A “in this case it stayed at 0.81 A”
Using PowerCore fusion I was able to charge the Powerbank in about 16 or so hours.

I have a huge suspicion that either the usb c to usb c cable has issue, or there is something wrong with powerbank or there is some sort of pd incompatibility between Aukey charger and this powerbank.
I’m still working to get this resolved and will update with my findings.
Meanwhile I’m so glad to be able to fully charge the powerbank

I found a home for the powerbank, and I think I found someone to gift the car charger to. A shockingly low number of people need USB-C car chargers

Hey @TechMan
I bet the person eho got the powerbank was super pleased.
I guess as most cars have USB sockets.
I use my USB’s as it allows AirPlay but the USBC charger will come in handy if I’m desperately low on juice on my phone and also the boys tablet.

Using my USBC pd Anker charger n USBC lead, not sure how long, but it charged overnight, from 1 light.

Was surprised that it only had 4 lights, I think 6 or 8 would be better for a large powerbank.

OK I’ll drain my 20000 PD and use a USB C meter myself, give me a few days.

About 1 in 4 cables are bad in my experience. Anker better than average. I have the Powerport 2 with 18W and one with 30W, and about 5 cables.

Agreed. Cars tend to be used for phones and phones are either specialist or just Type A 5V 2A. I have 9V 2A 18W tablets and I did heavily use my duo 18Wx2. I have asked around to donate my gift but found none so far, I come across a lot of iphone who when I check their cable are Type A, I don’t know anyone with with Type C PD needs.
