Well done on the “delivery” 
I intend to use mine as you have, keeping the PowerCore charging in the car. I do a reasonable amount of mileage and hoping the PD car charger will keep it ready for use.

@AnkerOfficial I got the gifts last night and have to leave for Germany now so didn’t get to test them yet. I did put the Powercore for charging last night and it was blinking 2 leds at the time. In the morning it was still blinking 2 leds so looks like it didn’t charge. I don’t have time to troubleshoot since I’m not taking it with me. Am I doing anything wrong in charging this? The only thing I saw was that when I keep led button pressed the first led turns green.
I’ll test it after coming back in 10 days

Got the “Power box” 
today.
It was lost a little bit due a DHL mistake, but all went fine at last.
Its great to have the possibility to check were there parcel is.
And because I have an DHL-account I set a “secret place” were to leave when nobody is at home.
(I was at home the whole day, but for the fellow its easier to leave it there, so he did)
So he lost the usual tip, which he will get the next “giveaway parcel” has to come 
)
There might be some who are not satisfied what they got.

The same “issue” with mine.
I use a normal ANKER charger, which should do it.
Hope there is not a special charger needed.
This would make the pb not usable for customers.
But I dont think so.
Could it be defective?

Mine charged fine using the PowerPort III Mini via the PD port.
I am doing some test charging today with the PowerCore so it will need charging again tonight, this time i will try normal USB and let you know how it goes - please remind me tomorrow if i forget to update.

I was able to full charge my Prize PowerCore Essential 20000 PD in about 4hrs… charged via USB-C PD from PowerPort Atom PD 4, it already had 2 DOTS, slight initial charge.

Well I used Aukey PA-Y18 (18 watt) charger that I know is good.
My question is- is there a charging mode that needs to be enabled prior to charging the power bank itself?
Mine came with 2 dots as well but remained 2 dots after overnight charging.
FYI- now the li-ion batteries cannot be air shipped if over 30% state of charge
