My anker soundcore 2 works perfectly fine for almost 5 months but today when i try to update the firmware and connect to my computer and follow all the instruction to connect like holding volume down key with play button simultaneously. After i choose the firmware file(for soundcore 2 latest update) it shows incompatible with your device and from that on speaker is completely dead can’t turn on no indication for charging. Please help!!!

If possible add a video and show what is going one.
Have you tried to install the firmware again and reset the speaker before doing so?
(Do a soft reset: Pressing the power button and hold it for a few seconds.
Hard reset: Pressing the power button and the bass up.)

Try holding down the power button for 10 seconds to get out of firmware mode. If that still doesn’t work, please reach out to support@anker.com
