My Anker speaker’s power light stays solid red after firmware update

After having updated the firmware on my Anker Soundcore 2 speakers im no longer able to switch then on. having done some research if i hold the power on button down for 15 seconds the red power light comes on but alas no power up.

is there a way any body can suggest please

any help would be fantastic.

Have you made sure it’s fully charged? Maybe try a different cable or something if you think it’s not charging as it should

Hi guys, issue sorted.

I’d in inadvertently used the wrong firmware hence the red light. Having found the correct firmware and installed alls good thanks

Now if I can just figure out why’s there’s latency whilst using the Aux inputs then I’ll be a happy bunny…
