I was assuming Anker would be active on this post…maybe not!

Should read the description… not at all what is advertised… and interesting that the visit anker store link is active and seemingly accurate…

I recommend to report inaccurate on Amazon’s own site. That’s the official path back to Anker to do something. There’s no evidence this thread is being a source for Anker to act upon, unfortunately.

That made me go back and look @professor
On the previous item I found it didn’t/couldn’t see a report button, this one did!

Its fun reading all these errors. I thought Anker was better than that. I’ve seen mostly smaller errors and some horrible photoshop jobs.

As to those major issues, I think some of this issues may be with Amazon. I order something from another vendor I read it correctly and the picture was correct but on Amazon there backend had it listed as something else. So they shipped me the wrong product. When I spoke with Amazon they told me the issue was there and their backend system order the wrong product.

As a vendor I’d make sure all the info is correct. It only takes a few minutes to make sure they got right information. Oh well it’s on them

I agree, these are simple fixes. That’s what a copy writer is for. If you are big company and not just a small business doing everything on your own, have someone in your marketing team also be an editor or someone double check everything.

Lol maybe they are too cheap to pay somebody to do that

Anker’s copywriter was Will, he’s over at Soundcore.

From memory…

The core issue is so many products. The core issue behind that are consumers who want as much choice as possible. Change begins within.

Maybe have Will check Soundcore one day and Anker the other. At the end of their day is their choice on what to do, I’ve been lucky to always receive the right items but unfortunately other haven’t had the same luck

A competition, who can spot the error on the screen?

Then of course mid-November is back to school time. Glad to see they are maintaining their pages.

who would take a projector to school?
