Liberty Air 2 problems with paring L/R

Hi,

i bought your product - Liberty Air 2 last year 12 Sep 2020. Since one week ago i have a problems with either left or right earbuds. I tried to reset them as per the instructions provided here : Soundcore liberty air left not working and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XXJ5OfGpDIw

At first my problems with right one were resolved but after one day the left one stopped pairing and giving sound. I am running the on iphone 11, with all updates to sc app and earbuds.

I am unable to resolve it further, could you please provide me with support. THX B

Liberty Air 2 right earbud problem

Hey there everyone, HAD THE SAME ISSUE, SOLVED MINE HERE IS HOW: (I’ve highlighted some of the steps in bold since these steps are crucial) Go to your bluetooth device list on your phone, Mac ,PC and remove/delete the “Liberty Air 2” and "Liberty Air 2 -L form the list and turn off your bluetooth connection. Put back the headphones in the case and don’t close the case. Hold the battery checker/reset button at the bottom of the case for 10 seconds (DON’T let go when you see white light…

Same issues here. I have spent hours on problems connecting to phone (iPhone XR). I’m about to give up. I’m using my old headphones again, sigh.
