Zolo Liberty+ Z2010 Left earbud is not turning on

I tried everythingk like turning on off putting in case taking out tried everything but still left earbud isn’t working help me please…

Is the case fully charged and is the earbud making contact with the charging pins? Does the white light come on when placed inside the case? If it doesnt, try cleaning the contact pins with an eraser and try to charge it again. Once its fully charged and removed from the case, if it does bot turn in on its own, then you can press and hold the button until it powers on.

Keep in mind that if it has been discharged for a long period of time, it may take longer for it to charge or show an initial charge due to the depleted power state

I just got it and fully charged but for the left earbud there is no white light and not working

and even when I press on it to see if its charing when its in the case still there is no white light

Did you remove the plastic that covers the charging pins?

there wasnt any cover?
And for left side it seems its not charging and i tried to clean with eraser

Where did you purchase these from? If you just got them, any chance you can return then for an exchange?
