Zolo Liberty S right side cannot working

My TWS Bluetooth Zolo Liberty S, the right side cannot working. If I put the both side into charging case, there is red light from the right side, but the left side blink white. I already forget from my device also already reset. But still cannot doesnt connect because the tws signal doesnt appeared in my device.

Please need your advice

Check and clean the charging pins in the case and earbud contacts on both. If this fails to resolve try a reset of the earbuds in the case

How do I clean? And how do I reset the earbuds? Do you have tutorial on youtube to do cleaning and reset?
