Zolo Liberty Issue

Hello,

I’ve owned a pair of Zolo Liberty for about 2 or 3 months now, and I’ve loved my experience with them! Apart from some minor inconveniences of the device, they’ve held up their end. Unfortunately, I don’t think this is the case for much longer.

A few days ago, the right earbud suddenly stopped working entirely. The right bud would not charge in the case, but the left would. The white light does not flash. The buttons do not do anything. There is no sound coming out of them, even when they should be rebooting. The earbud is not even broadcasting Bluetooth, so I can’t connect at all. The left works perfectly fine. The case has no issues from what I can tell; the connections are clean, it has been drained, charged, reset, and to no avail.

I’ve already sent support an email this week but they need my receipt of purchase and I’ve yet to locate where I stored it. In the mean time I hope to hear from the community and see if anybody has run into any issues regarding this. Any ideas as well would be much appreciated.
