Zolo left ear bud isn't working at all

I have pretty fairly new zolo’s and the right one is working great! however, my left one isn’t working (no sound, no light). what should i do? what could be wrong?

Have you tried resetting your Zolo Liberty as shown on the user manual?

Steps to reset:

  • Put earbuds back into the charging case and take them out again.
  • Double tap both earbuds simultaneously
  • Select “Zolo Liberty” within your Bluetooth menu
