Wireless Vertical Mouse Next/Previous page buttons don't work on Windows 10/Chrome

Hi.
Next/Previous page buttons don’t work on Windows 10/Chrome. They were fine on my Windows 7 desktop.

Do I need a special driver (for Wireless Vertical Mouse)?

I have and use this mouse with both my windows 7 &10 computers with no issues. Try going into your settings on your windows 10 machine and seeing what the buttons are programed for and change them to generic

Those buttons can be changed in the system adjustments.
Take a look and change the default settings if necessary.
