Wired Doorbell turns off

Hi @voldog1984 have you tried re-adding the doorbell to your Homebase to see if this resolves?

Hey @voldog1984

Please try the following steps to see if the issue can be resolved quickly or not:

  • Please confirm if your transformer is 16-24VAC, 30 VA, or above, as the unit will not work with less power than that.

  • Power the Doorbell off then back on.

  • If the light still does not turn on, reset the doorbell via the reset hole on the back of the doorbell.

  • Move the router closer to the doorbell. Or you may enable a hotspot on your phone and make the doorbell connect the hot spot. Steps: side menu>my devices>wifi connection.

The camera is working it is like it goes into a sleep mode on the app. It still records and shows live video.
