Wired 2K Doorbell missing event videos

I just installed Eufy wired doorbell two days ago and at first was working ok and all events were available in my phone. Starting last night many of the events notification came to my phone, but when click on the notification goes to live view and cannot find the related video in the events log?

Is my doorbell faulty and need to be returned back?

I had this happen, I ended up resetting the device and it has been mostly OK since.

Thanks for the feedback.

I did couple of resets and nothing improve. I found in other forums that most of the issues I’m facing are due to faulty unit, so I’m sending my back.
