Windows App for Eufy Security

We use Windows platforms 95% of the time. It would SURE be nice to be able to access our Eufy Security cameras from a Windows 10 App!

At present we have the Eufy Security app on an iPad that gets handed around the office; generally a pain for all concerned!!

We are currently working on getting the PC app out to you all before the end of 2019!

Same here, any updates on the Windows app?

Any updates on when a Windows version will be available. I would prefer to be able to view the recordings on a reasonable sized screen and download to my PC.

I would also like to know when this will be out.

Boy would that ever be handy! Hopefully it will be soon, there’s not a whole lot of 2019 left.

Any update on the Windows 10 APP?

I’m hoping this is still in development or close to release…

Yes! This should be a priority. In my opinion it would provide a massive boost to the usability of this product line.

Guys really getting an app up and running for Windows is a PRIORITY above all else.
I work away from home and need to monitor my house constantly, using the data on my phone is a HUGE drag, whilst from work it is free.

Come on all please advise how long before we are going to see this ???

It’s certainly not a perfect solution, but you can download an Android emulator like BlueStacks on a Windows PC. It’s a free program. It allows you to run the Eufy Security software in a separate window.

It’s not a Windows app, but I don’t see in this thread any discussion of the possibility of viewing your cameras online via the Eufy Security portal. https://mysecurity.eufylife.com/#/camera

It’s not well-documented and it’s Flash-based, but it does work for me to view my cameras connected through the home base.

My browsers (Chrome and Edge) block Flash from running in Windows 10 due to browser default security settings. This prevents me from using the Eufy Security Portal to monitor my cameras thru Windows.
I could override the browser’s security settings but I’m not comfortable doing this because of malware vulnerabilities that Flash has demonstrated in the past. Also, Flash is no longer supported by Adobe.
Question for Anker: When will the Windows app be available and/or a replacement for Flash be incorporated into the https://mysecurity.eufylife.com/#/camera site?

You can try Firefox and enable Flash only on the Eufy page. It beats running flash every time you load the page. Hopefully a more secure webpage is coming soon.

Hi,

Any idea when this will arrive? I’m currently evaluating Eufy to replace some Reolink installations and the lack of a windows app seems a very large omission compared to Reolink.

Thanks for the advice.:+1: It’s far from ideal but works and is better than nothing. :slightly_smiling_face:

Here it is. Almost June. Still no update!
