I too am in same impression about the kit, it is better to expect less and get more than what we expect 
ā¦ I already own pretty much most of the pro kit though

Somehow, I own just about everything but its contents. I have other versions like the 8 in 1 portable dock, but Iāve been dragging it back and forth from work. I donāt own an anker webcam. I am hopeful that is changing in the next week or 2

The part where you sign up via email is for the ākitā that link now brings you to the new camera and no longer allows you to sign up which has ended. Perhaps it was a mistake and they used the same template for announcing winners from this āhacksā competition which I believe may be the case

That is what I was thinking. Because:
- I was notified 2 days ago
- I only submitted on the āfailsā and not the āhacksā
- I did email signup

I only own the cable from the kit so dang you must have a nice collection
Well, I donāt have any of the specific things in the kit. But Iāve likely spent $500 on chargers, batteries, cables, hubs/docks, mice etc
Same is true for me for all the 3 points

No reference to one of the items from the bundle, when it says kit I assume it is the whole kit. But there are a lot more winners than I would have expected for a $514 value giveaway. So there might be some confusion, on our part or theirs. There will be a lot of people disappointed if they are just sending out a cable to most of the winners - especially since they seem to have sent everyone the same winning announcement.
I never posted to the hacks competition via this thread either. I put a story in the fails, as well as entering the competition via the teaser link to the new camera page. Sounds the same as you and Shenoy. And they seem to have posted identical lists to both winners pages. So there is a lot of confusion.

Well, it state 28 people won the actual kit. Only a handful of us have responded here, so it looks entirely possible.

Yea, I kind of thought āHey sweet I won the kitā, but after looking at the thread now I am confused myself. Anything I receive will be beneficial, so I just wish I was more clear on what I had won. At the same time, it now truly feels like a surprise so I am excited either way lol. Guess it will be picture time when it arrives

I got the email for the 30$ code for the new camera in addition to a direct msg from Tim about the work from home pro kit. Given that my name is also on that list. Yeah Iāll be getting a cable too!
