I didn’t get a confirmation either, and I’m not entirely positive I was actually entered…
I submitted but have not received any confirmation or anything!
May be it detects for existing / registered email id within the system and not send out anything OR lot of mails queued in the mail server

More detail - tried on mobile and a desktop. Neither showed any confirmation information or a popup that the site was clearly trying to generate. Not well set up here.
