Why Eufy P1 Scale is not showing all 14 measurements?

Recently purchased Eufy P1 adding one more product into my Anker lineup however every time I get on the scale I DO NOT get the 14 measurements I am suppose to get. I only get the weight and the BMI measurements. I contacted Eufy yesterday and they told me I need to reset both the Eufy P1 scale and my iPhone… I have done that however the result is the same. Anyone had this issue and solved it, please help me.

Since you have already contacted eufy support, and reset options have been provided, may be there are 2 other options you can try:

  1. Change the battery on Smart Scale P1
  2. Install the eufylife app on another phone and try if that shows the values,

let us know how it goes/

if this does not help, you may want to again follow up with eufy support , and a possible replacement (which only eufy support can confirm)

Thank you for your help. I do have an old iPhone I can test this on. Batteries were brand new from the package however I will replace to eliminate factors.

I am also wondering P1 is not showing all the measurements because I connected the app to my Apple Health app to gather all my info. That something I do not want to change. If this is the reason at the end… Eufy should look into this matter and make sure all measurements displays regardless of what the app is connected.

I too have connected Eufylife with Apple iHealth App, and did this very recently, and dont see any issues with the EufyLife showing the measurements.

Do let us know if you see the measurements on the app on different iphone :+1:

“Simple Mode” was turned on. That is why I was not getting all 14 measurements. Moving forward turning the feature of fixed my issue. I am not sure why it got turned on. Maybe it thought I was pregnant. :wink:
