As I compare other brand products with Anker, I found that most companies sell identical products but the quality are extremely different. I also check on one of the Chinese online shop (Taobao) which is the biggest online. They also carry Anker product for much cheaper price. But I doubt that Anker have given the authority for them to sell or resell. So I wonder, how would people choose between price and quality. Will all of you guys purchase anker products from a retail with much cheaper price or you would prefer to buy directly from Anker or Amazon?
Why Anker product? price vs quality
I generally purchase my anker products from Amazon. Being able to check the price fluctuation use camelcamelcamel for amazon helps in checking the pricing. Not sure if buying from Anker directly is any different from buying from Amazon as sale is fulfilled by Anker.
Not sure how they are selling Anker products for a cheaper price than Anker unless they are importing from China.
I always purchase my Anker products from Amazon. To me, it’s worth a few extra bucks for (1) Prime shipping, (2) easy returns with Amazon if I don’t like it, and (3) assurance that I will receive the 18-month warranty without any issues.

In the abstract it depends, do I need to rely on the product or not.
Most of the products which Anker sells are more into the corner that I moderately need to rely on them so I tend to buy from Amazon.
There are items which are more important from Anker, say a mobile phone, and I buy them off the brand’s own website.
