It seems like there used to be a giveaway every week on these forums. Is it just me or have these dried up? Are they now the power user program? I applied again but I don’t have a billion YouTube followers so I’m pessimistic that I’ll get in. Anybody have insight on this?

There’s currently a #justlikenew contest happening right now although it closes on may the 6th.
In regards to the PowerUser program I don’t have a YouTube channel just a technology blog and I’ve been a part of it for a couple of years now. Good luck and I hope you get accepted for it

Sure there use to be a ton of giveaways in past years, but with they recently focused on revamping the forum and also the company and its secondary brands. I’m sure once things get settled in we will start to see more of them.

I don’t have a YouTube channel with any followers. I just a website that i review tech stuff. As long as you write great reviews share them in here and he active there’s a good chance you will get accepted for the program.

Note that even if/when you’re accepted into the PowerUser program, it’s been getting increasingly difficult to get samples (at least for me). I have not been able to secure a sample for anything since Dec 2017. Sometimes, I’ll see the sample that has recently been offered but it has (or they have) already been claimed.
Seems as though luck has increasingly more to do with procuring a sample to evaluate.
