I have a qualcomm qc 4 phone and a Samsung tab s6 lite tablet and looking for a charger that can charge both. I was looking at the PowerPort III Duo wall charger. Will that charge both a qc device and a Fast charge device, sorta lost on the PD and IQ3 new tech. Any recommendations are awesome.

Save us the effort and show a good quality photo of the charger which came with the tablet. I can read off the V A W from it

When you say both, you mean a two socket to charge both concurrently or did you mean both as in 1 socket charger which can do both one after the other?
You probably want IQ3 as it does QC and PD. Yes a dual IQ3 would be the most likely but something like the Nano 20W single port probably would also be a good fit for charging one at a time.
