Andrea Bocelli is my wife’s favorite vocalist and artist. He toured a few years ago in the US in a very few cities’ various symphonies accompanying him. I was only able to afford absolute nosebleed seats that made him look no bigger than an ant. Despite that my wife was absolutely beside herself to hear him in person; she didn’t think she would ever get the opportunity. Not my style of music but his voice was absolutely incredible.

Bocelli had numerous specials that ran on PBS stations here in the Southern California (at least) area. Great voice and immensely talented. Although not my kind of music, I did enjoy watching those specials. I appreciate music that is actually music.

BTW, I noticed that the Power User page linked below (pull out the spaces and paste the link into your address bar) is now gone…takes you straight to Anker.com. I guess those of us with Power User status are now extinct. :+1::rofl:

https://www. anker .com/poweruser

That has been gone for about a good year give or take… I have tried to hit it a few times in the past and a year is probably a modest guess. I had tried to do it a few times in the past is the only reason I know it was gone…

Awe damn…

Hope everyone is doing well! I’m having my family over to celebrate Easter today pretty excited but crazy busy preparing. Hope everyone else has a great weekend and happy Easter to those who celebrate

We have an admin!
So we should really continue.
The more activity, the more of the old crew members will come back.
I am sure about.

Was at the flea today.
What else.

Found a great sniper telescope from WW II, Wehrmacht.
The lenses are absolutely clean.
Now I can watch my neighbors and “their doings” perfectly.

But nevertheless I will not become a sniper.
NEVER!

Those in the US are different to those here in Germany.

This one was today.
Its held once a year.
I didn’t visit, too crowded, all the buddies went there to find a treasure.
There are smaller ones every Friday and Saturday.

The photo is real, not a a fake.

I went to such a small one, much better and without stress at all.

Wow! That flea market is Humongous , it’s at least 10x the size as the biggest one I’ve ever been to.

You can imagine, its more than stress to go there.
I never do.
I visit those markets for having fun.
Walking, relaxing talking with the “buddies”.
And, If I am lucky I find something nice.

I am in this “business” ((dealing and wheeling )
now for about 45 years and I am still learning…
Really endless.

This reminds me of markets in SEA! The flea markets near me in Colorado are nothing – NOTHING – like this!

Harry Belafonte died.

RIP Harry, the famous “Banana Boat” will lead you to musician’s heaven!

I always think of this when Belafonte is mentioned

I found that out at work the other day my coworker started singing jump in line and we were all so confused but a great song

Are you really interested to take a look at
such a sniper telescope from the Deutsche Wehrmacht in WWII for a 98K, Kaytlin?
But I know to take a look at those things helps to “recognize”.

I am a "hunter, collector since more that 45 years now.
And I am still learning.
Too many things around in such an endless field.

BTW : Whenever you have a chance to visit München Kaitlyn, you are welcome in our house.
We always have space for guests and friends.

I have not been to one that big either. I have seen a few different ones as I have went to different places. I think the one around Daytona, Florida is a decent size but think that one still has it beat by a lot.

I will say that my dad is pretty good at finding some treasures at the one that he goes too and my father in law is good at finding deals as well

I know one day dad said he watched a man stand and ended up helping him sell like a hundred and something and the guy said he probably would have sold it for half of what dad had got him… lol

We see the “hunting gene” is still active.
But it’s much more than this Duane.
I am walking, I am talking to other buddies.
Talking about politics and other things.

That’s much more than social meeting.
And such a lot of fun of course.
