How long are these bike outings for you?

4 - 8 hours. Today was 6 hours.

Options change through the year, the next major change is just less hours of daylight, then frost / ice, and so I shift more to walking later in the year.

I’d be curious on your choice of bike.

Sounds like it must be a workhorse with all the travel you get in.

Fantastic composer, unfortunately not known and famous in our days.

I just got my leg brace and crutches off. I’m allowed to walk on it now, but I’m supposed to ease into it (before I go back into work).

The doctor said that it healed perfectly, and a professional radiologist could never tell that the fracture ever happened.

Walking feels super weird, and is honestly a little difficult right now. My leg doesn’t want to do what I tell it to lol. It’s getting easier just from doing it a few hours.
