Hi, I just wondered if anyone else is having an issue with the community site. Specifically on iOS Safari browser.
Mine keeps showing up at Not Secure at the top.
Anyone else?

When I check the website with Google-Chrome it says the following:
“The connection to this website is not unrestricted secure”…
There is a small exclamation mark in front of the
But that is all.
Noticed the same on my iPad last night, though I had just applied the latest iOS update…fine on Chrome under Windows 10…
@AnkerOfficial @AnkerTechnical Are there any issues your aware of?
But have you noticed the exclamation mark with Chrome I mentioned?
Now its gone! There is a now a lock symbol instead.
Chrome says the connection is secure.
Thanks for letting us know. We will look into this immediately.
I’ve updated to iOS 12.2 also. This might be the issue.
Our IT guys have solved this problem. It should be fine now.
It is fine now.
Different browsers show different behaviour.
Chrome says it is secure now.
I’ve had this problem before, but I’m not currently having it…
The Padlock or secure SSL errors can happen due to multiple reasons: Certificate expired ( don’t believe this is the case since we saw this about 6 months back - cert might have been renewed then) OR SSL binding lost or removed on the server OR client devices (like our smartphones or laptops) connecting via proxy, and the proxy playing up (Snooping or playing man in the middle)…
For the incident above - Most probably the case looks like the SSL binding may have been lost due to some maintenance or upgrades
Checked this morning and no issues with Safari nor Chrome now. Thank you Anker for the quick fix
Exactly, as the certificate was up to date.
I didn’t see this issue, might have been fixed before I get it. Hope @AnkerTechnical use a calendar reminder to renew certificate before it expires
