Web Portal - cannot get to work

I have just purchased a S220 Solocam and also a C120 indoor cam.
I am really happy with the cameras and I can view recordings as well as live streams on my iOS app but I would also like to watch the live feed on my Windows PC. This is where I have a problem:

I can login to the webportal fine and see my cameras listed, I generate a PIN from my app and enter it when asked to on the web portal. I am them told ‘Establishing a secure connection’. After some time this then goes away and all I can do is click the play button again and get the same problem …

This happens for both of my cameras. I have tried in MS Edge as well as Google Chrome. I have disabled all extensions and cleared cache and cookies etc. but I always get the same result.

Does anyone have any idea what I might be doing wrong?

I have also installed the Android app within Bluestacks emulator but that only gives a white screen.

I am not sure. I do not use that portal too much.

If the portal wass not updated for the newer browser, it could something in the compatibility with the new browsers.

Edge has an ie tab extension and I think chrome has a setting for ie that needs reset monthly.

If not that contact eufy support
