I have just purchased a S220 Solocam and also a C120 indoor cam.
I am really happy with the cameras and I can view recordings as well as live streams on my iOS app but I would also like to watch the live feed on my Windows PC. This is where I have a problem:
I can login to the webportal fine and see my cameras listed, I generate a PIN from my app and enter it when asked to on the web portal. I am them told ‘Establishing a secure connection’. After some time this then goes away and all I can do is click the play button again and get the same problem …
This happens for both of my cameras. I have tried in MS Edge as well as Google Chrome. I have disabled all extensions and cleared cache and cookies etc. but I always get the same result.
Does anyone have any idea what I might be doing wrong?
I have also installed the Android app within Bluestacks emulator but that only gives a white screen.
