@AnkerOfficial @AnkerTechnical @AnkerSupport The SoundCore Life Q20 Headphones I was sent from the testing club are defective. What process do I follow to resolve this please?

@Tech_for_Travel Can I ask how they are defective or you determined them to be defective?

Audio playback works well whilst I’m still. The problem is when I walk or move, on each step the earphones make a pop/crack sound on nearly each step. I took the stairs down to the Underground Tube and it popped on every step.

The pop/crack noise is louder than the volume level I have the audio set to. I can only think it is a loose cable maybe.

Seems to be a loose connection somewhere.

does your robovac struggle to go back to the base? mine always struggle to go back to the base. It often approach the base at an angle and then tried to realign itself.

It takes considerable time, but has been :100: successful each time. The more the items / deflections in the path towards the base, longer the time it takes.

I compared it with my 2 years old robovac 11 in the same setting. The 11 model always gets to the base on the first try. The 25c always take multiple attempts.
