I can’t do that with the Wife and my eldest. The kid has a Mac Pro and the Wife an iPad Pro 2018, both with USB-C. That is a great deterrent though

@AnkerOfficial I’m furious :rage:
Anker thru Amazon sent me a previously used Cable (usb-c to lightning) as prize for this event.
Item came in opened state with no warranty card, manual or happy/unhappy card.
Cable works fine but definitely is not new.

Well, look at the bright side, it could have been a TP review. :joy:

May be this was caused by Amazon, not Anker?

When Anker sends something via Amazon you cannot just call Amazon to resolve any shipping issue since you didn’t purchase the item.
Anker is responsible for any such issues.

Yes, if it was a “present” there are no issues can be solved by Amazon.

Anker never says the gift items would be New, as long as they give a working device, I am good with it :slight_smile:

It’s probably Amazon sent the product of a replacement by accident. But we could help fix that. Just let me know when you finish sending us an email.

Everyday. Amazon try to tempt me with a lesser quality product. I am trying hard to resist but it’s been 3 months now waiting for them to be on sale here.

What if the product is contaminated with someone’s bodily fluids?
I know a working product is all that matters but hygiene is a critical factor too.
I didn’t want to sound rude but I cannot stoop to get a free product.
If Anker wishes I’ll return the product.

Give it a wipe with an anti bacterial wipe and let it dry.

They’ve said they will rectify the situation. Got to be happy with that :thumbsup:
