Warranty 6 month extension question

Just purchased ANKER PowerCore 26800 & PowerPort 2 Elite from Amazon (by ANKER direct)…
The order number given to me from Amazon is not recognized on the registration site ???
Help me Please

@drrpb if you are in the united states there is no need to register your product’s, your Amazon order number is sufficient for them to process your warranty.

As for the extended 6 month warranty for the powerport 2 elite, its only for this exact model
But also keep in mind that the warranty extension is in beta so may not work directly wnd you have to reach out to anker
