When I plug in my USB to the Nebula Capsule 2 it doesn’t bring up the video files on it. It is in FAT32, I use the USB on my laptop and LG TV which all read it just fine. What am I doing wrong to watch the videos on the USB?
USB doesn't read video files
How are you accessing the USB drive on Capsule II?
Nebula suggests to use ES File Explorer to browse the USB and play media.
Also what is the file size you are trying to play? Try copying smaller files to USB flash drive and check if the projector recognise them.
Do send an email to Nebula Support support@seenebula.com with details on issue.
I was just putting it into the USB port and trying to go through settings. How do I access ES File Explorer? And the files are all different sizes, some are quite small.
ES File Explorer is installed via Google Play, you need to reach out to Nebula Support to unlock access (firmware update) to get it.
You can include this request for access to Google play as well as file read on USB, over email to Nebula Support support@seenebula.com, they are pretty quick to respond back.
Thanks! I’ll send them an email.
