USB-C 7-1 Hub - HDMI not working

The Anker USB-C Hub (7-1 Premium) - HDMI port connected to Samsung TV as a second monitor not working. Suggestions ???
Windows-10 - HP EliteBook Folio 840-G4 Notebook - all up to date

Try using a different port

Have you gone in to your display settings and set up the display as either extended mode or a secondary display?

Yes it has 3 ports, of 2 types, so try other port.
