USB A Charging port on PowerConf Speaker

Is there a trick to using the USB A port on the PowerConf Speakerphone? I have tried to charge using several different cables and it does not work.

Great question @Michael_Burns :clap:

Make sure that Anker PowerConf speaker is turned ON or not being charged, else it will NOT charge any external device.

PowerConf can charge external devices only when it has sufficient battery remaining. When the remaining battery is less than 30%, the charge out current will be 5V / 1A. If Battery is less than 10%, then PowerConf won’t charge out / charge the external device.

Make sure the PowerConf is fully charged before you started using it & use an appropriate USB-A cable for charging your device, and you should be all set !
