That is really weird. I cleared my cache and cookies, even relaunched both Firefox and Safari… still no entry form. 
Nevermind. Got it. Turns out, my AdBlocker was on.

If I did win a pair, I would have to do a speech as if I won them at the Emmys. Here is a snippet of the speech: “I would like to thank @joshuad11 for posting the contest.
