I try to install the update but it is continually interrupted because of “an error”

What is the item you want to update?
Is there more visible, than “an error” only?
Some specific message?

Souncare Liberty Air 2, trying to update with my iPhone. It just say that… “an error”, no specific message. Should I try with another device? Ipad? What do you think?

Yes take another device, may be an android phone.
