Hey eufycam users,
Since the last firmware update, I was not able to view the recordings on my app. I have tried restarting the Home Base and no success.
Anyone else facing the same issue?

Make sure your app is updated to the latest version - 1.2.1!

In most cases it also helps to format the SD-card!
(precautionary after every bigger firmware update in general)
Make sure then, that you have saved every file you want to keep before, because formatting will erase everything on the SD-card!

Just got it updated yesterday and since then it is able to load the events recorded normally. Thanks for the help 
This is not easy going forward as we may have tons of videos on the card and formatting every time we have an update 
I haven’t formatted my SD card ever. Hope this works like the way it is now.
First: I am formatting my SD-Card after every firmware update of the homebase! (just better to do!)
Second: As my SD-Card is full anyway every 2-3 weeks, i format it anyway as soon as it is full.
