Doorbell T8200 it says updated failed. i’ve tried multiple times and it keeps failing. how do i Update?
Also push notifications are not working at all! neither on android or apple devices
Unable to update Ufy 2k doorbell firmware (update failed)
I’m having the same “Update Failed!” message. I’m unable to continue using the doorbell app due to the firmware update.
Please help!
I solved it by going to settings in the app then restarting the device and tried again. Then after that the update was successful. I would restart again after the update to ensure no issues with notification. It’s working great now.
That worked, I exited the app, then restarted the device and then was able to update the firmware. Restarted the device after update.
