I would love to get the R2D2 version of this.

I think my only issue is it is using android 8.1. I think some folks may have issues to get it to work properly.

I think it would be better to have something to where you can just cast it on there (ie a chromecast function) than app on the device.

So Chromecast built-in?

I read, possibly incorrectly as I’ve not tried it myself that’s part of Android TV has cast receiver built-in. This model doesn’t. But of course this does have HDMI in so just add a cast dongle as you have then best of both worlds.
