No it is pre-owned, so can be damaged, it simply means it works, I got something, it had a dent in it.
Personally I do not see these as worthy of deals as if you are patient these end up only about 5% cheaper. They push them when the new item is not discounted to make it look a deal, but it is not.
Items with batteries are the worst to consider as a new item will last typically 3-4 years but if new will be older so on a total life value is not worthwhile risk, the warranty helps only so far.
If there was ever a truly worthwhile renewed deal, I would post. So far, not. They are trivially simple to spot, simply show by newest

@Andrew_Michaels as @professor mentions, patience is a virtue.
The new price is the current new price (as stated) which isn’t discounted.
Looking at its history the new item was at its lowest price of £59.70 early November 2019. If it returned to that, which it might, a renewed item still represents a 20% saving.
@professor got me onto a site which can be used to track prices on Amazon, it’s actually a pretty good guide.
But hey, I’m sure you do your research before making a purchase and appreciate price variations

Ooh @professor I’m rubbish at guessing this sort of thing.
I’m going curveball and putting my money on Green 0.
I’ll say it will be discountinued before dropping to that.
Now, you must promise to log this somehow to prove me wrong in the future.
