We can’t really criticise Anker for errors if we don’t report them, I dont think Anker is particularly reading this community now.

It’s not my turn again. Reporting the error at its source will tell Amazon that Anker is making errors and tell Anker. Both good.

I’ve found report the error through the above works best.
Small number of errors is human and so give the poor person the room to say oops, many is just a sign of a management issue (not staffing appropriately) and needs escalation to take pressure off the human making the errors.

Funny so Amazon official app doesn’t report errors. Explains why so many errors.
I have fewest apps installed, they nag me with crapola notifications, basically a form of advertising.
