Do you guys know how to turn off the LEDs on an anker powercore+ 26800?
After I disconnected my phone, the LEDs won’t turn off like before. The lights just stay on and when I press the button, it does the animation, but they stay on.
Help?

Nvm, if you put it to charge, it resets them

Try resetting the power bank by plugging one end of a micro USB cable into the (input) and the other end into one of the USB ports (output) If that doesn’t work reach out to
I just got my Powercore+ 26800, and it seems like I have to do this every time to get the device to power off. Is this normal?
They will turn off on there own after a set amount of time
They don’t seem to be turning off for me — even after several hours and when my devices are fully charged.
Can you post a video of what it’s doing please
