Turn PowerCore Essential 20000 PD On/Off?

There doesn’t seem to be any manual for this one online. How do you turn it on and off?

Doesn’t it just turns off by itself when it doesn’t detects any devices drawing power?

Single click on the button charges the device connected to powerbank.

Double click on button the side turns the device OFF.
